Smokey has not had a good life up to coming to BARC. He has spent most of his five years tethered to a short chain. Though he was described as an escape artist, there is little wonder he wanted to run away.

He would be ideally suited to a responsible and able owner who will nurture him and give him lots of TLC. Smokey will be a loyal and loving companion for the right person.

He will be chipped and vaccinated
