not had a good life up to coming to BARC. He has spent
most of his five years tethered to a short chain. However,
Smokey has come out of his shell and has developed a
friendly and playful nature

We think he is a cross spaniel and Jack Russell. Alphie
is going to need a devoted owner who is prepared to
take him to dog training classes to bring out the best

Sophie is approx a 5 year old Staffy.
This darling girl was found in a shed in a dreadful condition
with six new-born pups. It is to her credit and character
but detrimental to herself that she has raised all her
pups to a fat healthy state. She is very thin, depressed
and desperate for a kind, gentle patient owner who can
give her a lifestyle that she deserves, preferably an
older couple or a family with older children.

This is Bailey, a lovely-natured lad is approx 3yrs old. The

About 2 ½ years old Benji
is a longer legged Jack Russell who has become a firm
favourite with the kennel staff. Not having had a very
good start in life this endearing little chap has very
few social graces but what a quick learner he is. He
needs a home with people who have a sense of humour,
